Our Approach

Education over prescription

Every member of our team operates under one guiding principle: we explain, we do not advise. Economic education works when it empowers people to form their own understanding rather than follow external directives.

Our programs are built around Colombian economic data and the lived realities of households in different income brackets across the country. The examples, case studies, and analysis we use are grounded in local context.

We draw on official sources — the DANE's monthly CPI releases, Banco de la República reports, and national household survey data — to ensure that what we teach reflects the actual economic environment participants are navigating.

Core Values

What guides our work

Clarity over jargon

Economic concepts are often buried in technical language that excludes the people most affected by economic forces. We work to remove that barrier without sacrificing accuracy.

Neutral and evidence-based

We do not take positions on economic policy or advocate for particular approaches to personal finance. Our role is to present data and explain mechanisms, not to steer decisions.

Accessible to all

Our programs are designed for people without economics backgrounds. A market vendor, a student, a small business owner — all can engage with and benefit from our content.

Rooted in Colombian reality

We use local data, Colombian examples, and regional context. The economic dynamics of Cali, Bogotá, Medellín, and rural areas differ — our content acknowledges that complexity.
